A comedy cartoon show intended for adults but kids watch it all the time. This series is still aired from time to time on Adult Swim. Recommended if you haven't seen it before. Season One

Garden Party - Granddad's perpetual fear that Huey and Riley will embarrass him in front of their new neighbors reaches paranoid heights when the family attends a stuffy, high-class garden party. The good news is that only one person gets shot.

Riley Wuz Here - Granddad sends Riley off to take mandatory art lessons after he is caught spraying graffiti all over someone's house.

A Date with the Health Inspector - Tom is accidentally arrested for a crime he didn't commit. The only way he can get out and not get anally raped is for Huey to find the real murderer in less than 5 hours.

Let's Nab Oprah - Riley and his friends decide to kidnap Oprah, while Huey Freeman tries to stop them with everything he's got.

The Real a.k.a. The Reality - Huey Freeman's imaginary FBI agent appears everynow and then while the rest of his family is off scamming reality makeover T.V. shows.

A Huey Freeman Christmas - Huey Freeman has a little christmas episode of his own. But while everyone is spreading laughter and joy, his brother Riley is off wreaking havoc on Santa.

The Return of the King - Martin Luther King awakens from his 32 year coma and finds out about the 9/11 war on terrorism. With the help of Huey Freeman, King gets back on his feet to yet again lead the African Americans.

The Story of Gangstalicious - When word gets out on how Gangstalicious was shot during one of his performances, Riley pays him a visit in the hospital.

The trial of R. Kelly - The Boondocks explores the trial of R Kelly in which a video of R Kelly peeing into an 11 year old girl's mouth spreads like wildfire across the internet.

The Itis - With the help of Ed Wuncler, Granddad opens a soul food restaurant in Woodcrest. Soon white people discover soul food, high cholesterol, and heart disease.

Guess Hoe's coming to dinner - Granddad, who's been unlucky with the ladies, meets a very beautiful young lady named Krystal. Unfortunately, he's oblivious to the fact that she's a prostitute.

The Passion of Ruckus - In the first season finale, Uncle Ruckus tries to preach the word of white Jesus. His words catch on to a lot of people, causing Granddad and Tom to stop him. Meanwhile, Huey tries to save a friend from being executed.

Wingmen - When Granddad's oldest friend Moe dies, the Freemans go back to Chicago, where he and Huey must learn to let go of the past.

The Block is Hot - Jazmine starts her own lemonade stand and gets a lesson in business when she sells her stand to cooperate tycoon Ed Wuncler. Meanwhile, Uncle Ruckus fulfills his childhood dream of becoming a police officer.

Granddad's Fight - Granddad gets in a fight with Colonel H. Stinkmeaner who gets lucky, after his shoe is stepped on by the blind man. Grandad must choose rather to prevent the fight and the Nigga moment, or fight for his reputation, which is on the line.

 

Season Two

Or die trying - The Freemans decide to go to the movie theater in order to watch Soul Plane Two. However, Huey laments the voyage, as he knows that his granddad is too cheap and things always end up a disaster.

Tom, Sarah, and Usher - Tom starts to think that his wife Sarah is cheating with singing sensation Usher.

Thank you for not snitching - Robert is distraught when his beloved car, Dorothy, is stolen. To make matters worse, Riley knows who stole it but refuses to assist the police in their investigation, as he believes that snitching is a crime against his race.

The Return of Stinkmeaner - The spirit of Col. Stinkmeaner has been released from Hell, and possesses Tom Dubois to exact vengeance upon the Freemans for killing him.

Shinin' - Riley finally gets the one item he has been wanting, a chain made of platinum and diamonds. But his happiness is short lived after it is stolen from him by a bully. Riley is determined to get his chain and reputation back, while impressing his crew at the same time.

The Huey Freeman Hunger Strike - Huey goes on a hunger strike in protest of BET.

Ballin' - Riley learns he will need more than fancy moves when he joins Tom's little league basketball team, he will also learn it means crushing, humiliating defeat.

The Uncle Ruckus Reality Show - BET decides to film Uncle Ruckus in his day to day activities around the city.

The S-word - Robert and the Rev. Rollo Goodlove try to cash in big, after a teacher calls Riley 'the N-word' in school

The Story of Catcher Freeman - Three very different versions of a slave revolt led by Huey and Riley's great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparents. Who said the 1860s couldn't be fun?

Attack of the killer kung-fu wolf b*tch - Robert's online dating adventures lead him to a beautiful woman named Luna, whom he invites for the weekend. Unfortunately, Huey, Riley and Robert soon learn that Luna is an expert on deadly arts of kung-fu...and is somewhat psychotic.

The story of Gangstalicious part 2 - Much to the chagrin of Robert, Riley starts to walk, talk, and dress like his favorite rapper, Gangstalicious. Riley arranges for rappers Thugnificent, Flo-Nominal, and Macktastic to collaborate with Gangstalicious on a remix of his new hit song, "Homies over Hoes." But when rumors surface about Gangstalicious being gay - following in the footsteps of gay rapper Booty B - Riley's world is turned upside-down.

Home Alone - When Robert goes on vacation, he leaves Huey and Riley home with Uncle Ruckus as their chaperone. The Boys cause enough havoc to chase Uncle Ruckus away, which leaves Huey in charge... much to Riley's disappointment.

The story of Thugnificent - When world renowned rapper Thugnificent moves in across the street from the Freemans, Robert files a complaint against him after a boisterous party. Thugnificent, in response, makes a diss video entitled Eff Grandad.

Invasion of the Katrinians - When Granddad leaves the boys home alone while on vacation, Huey and Riley are left to face off.

 

Season Three

It's a Black President, Huey Freeman - A German filmmaker documents the reactions of the Freeman family and others to the election of Barack Obama.

The Story of Jimmy Rebel - Uncle Ruckus meets his musical idol, racist recording artist Jimmy Rebel. However, the world may not be quite ready for the friendship they form.

The Hateocracy - The Freemans fear for their lives when a trio of old people come looking for them in revenge for the death of Stinkmeaner.

The Red Ball - When Ed Wuncler, Sr. bets on a kickball game to pay his debt to a Chinese businessman, it's up to Huey Freeman to come out of retirement to save Woodcrest.

Bitches to Rags - Thugnificent has fallen on hard times with up-and-coming rappers taking away his spotlight. With no friends but one, Thugnificent is desperate to get back to making money.

Smokin' with cigarettes - When Riley befriends juvenile felon Lamilton Taeshawn, he is having the best time of his life as they go around, causing trouble. Things take a turn for the worst when Lamilton wants to cause more than just trouble when he shows Riley a handgun.

Mr. Medicinal - After a checkup, a doctor warns Granddad that he could die any day if he doesn't get his stress levels down. Not wanting to become dependent on pills, he decides to take Thugnificent's suggestion and turns to marijuana.

The story of Lando Freeman - There's a new handyman in the neighborhood undercutting Uncle Ruckus... which is all good for Granddad and his garden until the man claims to be his long lost son, Lando. Will Granddad take responsibility and be a father to his child? Not without a talk show paternity test.

The Fundraiser - Riley organizes a fundraiser with Cindy McPhearson, Jazmine Dubois and other kids from Woodcrest, but the money isn't going to anyone in need. 

Pause - Granddad is cast as the leading man by mega-superstar of stage and screen, Winston Jerome. But when the theater group turns out to be a homoerotic evangelical cult, it's up to Huey and Riley to put a pause to it.

Fried Chicken Flu - When a virus erupts during a KFC special, the Freemans have to survive in the post-apocalyptic world.

The Color Ruckus - Uncle Ruckus's family comes to town and Ruckus must settle some old business with his father. It's a tale of abuse, and triumph, and...actually no, it's just a tale of abuse.

It's Goin' Down - A terror attack near Woodcrest is imminent, and retired domestic terrorist Huey Freeman is the main suspect. With super-agent Jack Flowers on his tail and Ed and Rummy on the loose, can anyone save the day?

A Date with the Booty Warrior - Having conquered his fear of prison rape, Tom volunteers to lead Huey, Riley, and some classmates on a trip to jail as part of a Scared Stiff program. But when a riot breaks out, Tom has to get the kids, and his delicate backside, out of jail in one piece.

The Lovely Ebony Brown - Granddad meets a young black woman who asks him out on a date, and the only person who can spoil Granddad's new romance, is Granddad.
