New Category Launch : The Games Section

JustMegawatt.com is proud to announce the launching of the Games Section

For almost a month, there have been nothing but readables, images and videos on the site. Well, starting today, that is going to change. There is now a whole new section of the website for those that want to improve their button mashing skills and hand-eye coordination. JustMegawatt is proud to announce the first and official launching of the GAMES section of the website! For those that are done reading things, looking at pictures, or watching videos to be entertained, look no further! Here you can find a platoon of games! Right now there are only two categories, and only two games in both categories. The platformer and maze categories are currently the only ones available, but expect there to be hundreds of games from every category ranging from platformer to trivia to action to adventure, and more!

New Updates, New Banner, New Promise.

JustMegawatt.com now promises that the site will be updated with new content daily.

There have been a lot of changes recently to the website. You might not see it exactly, because the change wasn't about the content, the change to the website was internal. The organization of the website itself changed. It is now better organized, so it has become a lot easier to add on new content to the website. We proudly present the new updates to the index page, which includes two new comics and two new informational images. We also would like to present the new how to tutorial in the readables section, the midnight man game. In the videos section, all the videos now have a proper description and a proper uploader name and link. We have received complaints about the empty spaces below the videos, now we have done our best to fill that space up. Perhaps on the next update, you will be able to rate the videos and other content of the site with a 1 to 5 star rating.

If the updates for today weren't enough, then we add even more by promising that there is now going to be a new update to the site every day. Every day, there is going to be more content added, as more and more content is added, we drift ever closer to opening the currently closed categories of the site, the music section, the games section, the apps section and the scripts section. Every day there is going to be something new, so make sure to check back often.

As a new rule, all new content will be placed on top, pushing down the older content. So the older the content is, the farther down the list it goes, the newer the content is, the farther up top it is. As the pages fill up with content, there will be two pages created, and as those two pages are filled, there will become three, and so on and so forth, the never ending cycle of additional pages.

Celebrating the first week of launch

Today is November 2nd. It has been exactly seven days or one week since the launch of the site.

There are a lot of updates to the website. The layout overall has not yet changed, and the things in the coming soon page are still not done, however, we are getting closer and closer to finishing.

In the images section, there were plenty of updates. Previously, there was a pictures section just for pictures, that has now been removed and replaced with the Scary section, for scary pictures and images. The Weird, Odd and Scary section has been renamed to Weird, Odd, and Unusual. Previously in the comics and manga section, there were a lot of comics and manga that were for mature viewers only (18 and up) but were not labeled as so. There could have been kids as young as five browsing and clicking on the mature content, now there has been a warning placed on all content for adult viewers only.

Few updates for the videos section. Previously there was a Depressing category on the videos page. After a few complaints, it was removed. No one wants to go to this website just to watch depressing videos and cry tears, people want entertainment, action, education, everything except depressing content. There have also been a lot of videos that have been removed as they were either satire and were not really in the correct category, or they were just really bad.

In addition to all the updates, all the individual sections can now be reached by typing in /category after JustMegawatt.com. Example, to get into the JustMegawatt image section without first going to JustMegawatt.com and clicking on it, just type in JustMegawatt.com/images. That will get you there instantly, and it works for all the sections, not just the currently updated ones.
